Christ the King Church at 52473 Indiana State Route 933, South Bend, IN 46637 US - Rite of Christian Initiation - Children's Catechumenate

Christ the King offers a special process for children who are at least 7 years old but have never been baptized. It is a process called the Catechumenate for Children which is similar to the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, yet it is adapted for children. We also provide a process for children who have been baptized, who are at least seven years old, but have not been formally catechized or educated in the faith and who would like to receive the other Sacraments of Initiation (Eucharist or Confirmation).
